GEOMAP AMS includes modules for the management of assets acquisition and disposal.

The dedicated module allows to manage entry assets and surveying them.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The Software guides the user in the documents management process required for new assets and their disposal.

The module supports the user in the steps necessary for a proper disposal of the assets.

The disposal of assets involves eliminating assets from the accounting records. This is needed to completely remove all traces of an asset from the balance sheet. An asset disposal may require the recording of a gain or loss on the transaction in the reporting period when the disposal occurs. The different cases are completely managed by the Geomap AMS, which guides the user through the different stages of asset disposal, providing fill out of mandatory documents required to be compliant with multiple legislative.
